Ultron EV was founded by Floris and Haci in Tilburg in 2017, as a import an distribution company for electric mobility. Today, Ultron BV is owned by several big investors that all share the same ideas and passion with innovative and affordable E-mobility.
Since all our shareholders share the same ideas and passion for what we do and what will do, it provides Ultron BV both stability and family values.

Ultron BV started an exclusive partnership for the Benelux with german based company Soletek GmBH for the brands Rolektro, Maximus, Deisla and Velix.
2023
Ultron BV chose Askoll EVA to enrich its product portfolio with premium -Made in Europe
solutions- and therefore signed an exclusive agreement for the Netherlands market.

Small beginnings with Ultron BVs oldest brand Sunra. In 2017 Ultron BV had just a small office and warehouse, with barely enough space to stock all the vehicles, parts & accessories. The offices? They also doubled as storage for the spare parts. Humble, but precious beginnings.
